1、外贸开发信标题要包括客户求购的产品名称,不要太多多余的单词,这样可以保证客户有兴趣打开你邮件。 
2、开头语简洁明快,要知道对商人来说过多的寒喧没必要。 
3、开头语不要过多的介绍自己的公司,因为这会给人一种推销的感觉,而且有几个客户会有耐心来看这些的? 
4、简洁明快的开头后,立即进入正文给你的产品报价,因为客户最关心的无非是产品规格与价格,大家的时间都很宝贵,都不想浪费时间,特别是欧美商人更是如此。 
5、所报价格要为实价,价低,客户知道你不专业,不会理你;价高,会吓跑客户,也不会理你。所以应了解当前的行情后给客户一个合理的报价。 
6、第一次联系客户时,最好不要主动附上图片,以免被国外反垃圾邮件拦截。 
7、与客户第一次联系最好用国外邮箱,比如yahoo、hotmail、gmail等。因为其实很多中国的邮件服务器被国外打入黑名单,你发的邮件可能最终进不了客户的邮箱,或客户回你的邮件你也收不到。 
8、如果你不能报出一个有竟争力的价格,就别联系客户了,不要浪费你和外商宝贵的工作时间。外贸公司首先要在产品的价格上有一定优势。 
写开发信的目的无非是为了争取能最终成交,而要实现这个目的,你产品的规格和价格至少要符合外商的要求,直接谈这两个问题,可以缩短成交花费的时间,何乐而不为呢?
